Classic Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.
Add the onion, tomato, lime juice, and corriander.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and serve with tortilla crisps or as a topping for tacos.

Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 slices of whole-grain bread
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and red pepper flakes to taste
Optional toppings: poached egg, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese

Instructions:
Toast the bread to your desired level of crispiness.While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread.Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1 cup spinach
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes

Instructions:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
Add the banana, spinach, almond milk, and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy a nutritious, creamy smoothie.
