‘Tis the Season

EMBRACE WINTER with ‘Tis the Season’ at Wellington Wellness!

WE ARE excited to invite the community to our next instalment of the successful Wellington Wellness series.

In collaboration with the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) and Stockton-on-Tees Community Wellbeing Champions, this festive-themed event focuses on supporting wellbeing as we transition into the Christmas season.

EVENT DETAILS:

Event: Wellington Wellness ‘Tis the Season’

Date: Wednesday, December 4th

Time: 10am to 2pm

Location: Wellington Square Shopping Centre

This festive-themed exhibition brings together over 20 community groups and service providers, all dedicated to promoting mental and physical wellness across Teesside. The event will be a festive hub for discovering resources, advice, and support for mental health, physical wellbeing, and seasonal self-care. The atmosphere will be filled with the spirit of the season, offering a unique opportunity to connect with local organisations in a warm, community-oriented setting.

As a special festive treat, the Wellington Square team will be giving away free mince pies, hosting a hot chocolate station and offering gifts for the first 100 people who attend.

Following the success of previous events, this festive edition aims to build on community enthusiasm, last season’s Autumn event saw a 10% increase in footfall, highlighting the growing interest in wellness-focused community events.

Whether you’re seeking information, guidance or simply want to engage with others in the community, Wellington Wellness ‘Tis the Season’ has something for everyone. Embrace this chance to explore the resources available to you and celebrate a season of wellness.
