Security
The safety and security of our customers and retailers is our priority.
We have an ongoing police presence plus our own security staff and precautionary safety measures in place to protect our visitors.
As a team, we are trained to the highest level to ensure the safety of all and operate in close partnership with the police and other emergency services.
Wellington Square is protected by CCTV 24 hours a day and we have a security team on site at all times to deal with any event swiftly and professionally. If you see anything suspicious or wish to report a security concern, please speak to a member of staff.
We work closely with our local counter terrorism team to ensure the safety of all our retailers and visitors.
Lost Property
To report an item of lost property, please visit the management office located opposite Iceland.
Lost Children
If you have lost a child inside a store, enquire at the nearest till. If in the main mall ask a member of Wellington Square security staff or the management office. Children remain your responsibility. Please DO NOT leave them unsupervised.
